Its hard to make a ridiculously stealthy video game into an action movie. Just from the trailer I could tell that they were leaning more towards triple x than collateral. I am a huge fan of the game but most the time your mission was to kill someone collect some intelligence and leave unnoticed. From what I saw in the teaser most of his weapons were not silenced. Also this actors voice makes 47 seem too human and like you said less coldblooded. The only reason I'm going to watch this movie is because it still looks good plus I hear most of his kills are pretty planned out.
